WallPops (Fine Decor Wall Coverings Ltd) will accept returns on any and all unused merchandise, for any reason, within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card less shipping and handling charges. You must follow the WallPops return procedure below to receive a credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
WallPops will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There are no fees for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
How to Return WallPops
To request a return, please call WallPops at +44 1477 536100 or e-mail us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once WallPops accepts your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.
